MORE THAN READING

A book you work with.

The Mathematics manuscript shows the approach: make a choice, build the idea, then use it again. Mito is there to nudge you along.

  1. 01 / Predict

    Have a first go.

A short question brings your starting point into focus.

  2. 02 / Build

    Find the method.

Follow one explanation and recreate the worked example.

  3. 03 / Practise

    Make it yours.

Work independently. Record an answer and how sure you are.

  4. 04 / Transfer

    Try a new setting.

Use mixed questions and checkpoints to connect the topics.

  5. 05 / Review

    Learn from the trap.

Unpack the options, revisit the explanation and try again.

A SNEAK PEEK AT MATHEMATICS

Turn a few pages.

These are real pages from the current manuscript. Open a page to read it in detail. The final edition may change.

Inside the book

A clear route from the start.

The contents take you through four parts, with checkpoints along the way:

  1. I Foundations
  2. II Algebra & functions
  3. III Geometry
  4. IV Data & chance

The preview manuscript includes 16 chapters, four checkpoints and a cumulative mixed set.

Read the contents
Mathematics contents: 16 chapters from Number Sense and Scientific Notation to Data, Frequency and Statistics, plus four checkpoints and Mixed Set 01 Contents · page 2
Mathematics chapter 1 opening: Number Sense and Scientific Notation, with a five-option question asking which decimal is largest and space to explain the answer Page 13

Try before you read

Start with a quick check. Choose an answer and write your reason before the chapter explains the idea.

Mathematics page 15: worked examples for comparing, adding, multiplying and dividing fractions, with a reminder from Mito Page 15

Make the idea click

Short explanations and worked examples show the method. Here, fractions become equivalent forms you can compare and calculate with.

Mathematics page 19: three practice questions about negative numbers, fractions and brackets, each with five answer options and a confidence check Page 19

Think it through yourself

Practise independently, then record your confidence. The aim is to notice the difference between understanding and guessing.

Mathematics page 24: worked solutions to the three practice questions, explanations of all incorrect options and references back to the relevant teaching pages Page 24

Understand every option

The solutions explain why the answer works, where the other options go wrong, and which pages to revisit.

Before the first chapter.

Can I buy the Mito IMAT books yet?

Not yet. All six subject workbooks are coming soon. Prices, release dates and purchase links will appear here when the editions are ready.

Will the books be digital or printed?

Both digital and printed editions are planned. We are exploring Amazon for print availability; confirmed formats and retailers will be listed here at launch.

Which subjects are planned?

Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Reading, and Logic & Problem Solving: one English-language workbook for each subject.

What can I see in the sneak peek?

Real pages from the Mathematics manuscript: the contents, a chapter-opening quick check, a teaching page, practice questions and worked solutions. These are preview pages; the final edition may change.

Are these the same as the free IMAT 2026 playbook?

No. The subject workbooks develop concepts and practise them across a subject. The free 2026 playbook explains the 2026 past paper and is already available on the past-papers page.
