A small team builds Mito — which means your email reaches the person who wrote the code. Most questions are answered below; anything else, just write.
We usually reply within two working days. Please include your device and iOS version if something is broken — it saves a round trip.
iPhone. There is no iPad-specific layout and no Android version yet. The free diagnostic runs in any browser, on any device, without an account. The website study app also runs in the browser, and that one uses an account so a phone and a computer share progress.
Not for the iPhone app. You open it and start. The website study app does need an account, including Google sign-in, because progress and purchases have to follow you from one browser to another. What that account stores is in the privacy policy. The iPhone app does not use it.
On the iPhone, yes. Lessons, practice, tests, your plan and your progress run on the device, so a train tunnel does not stop you. The one exception is Mito, the AI assistant — asking him a question needs a connection. The website study app needs a connection, because the account holds the progress.
In iOS Settings → Notifications → Mito. Reminders are optional and scheduled on your device; nothing is sent from a server.
On the iPhone app there is no account, so progress lives on the device and does not sync on its own. If your old phone was backed up to iCloud and you restore the new one from that backup, your Mito data comes along. If you set the new phone up as new, it starts empty. The website study app is separate: sign in with the same account and the progress from the browser is there.
If that matters to you, check that iCloud Backup is enabled before you switch — it is the safety net we rely on instead of a server.
On the iPhone, delete the app. What it stored was on the phone. On the website, open the study app, go to Account, and delete the account. That removes the login, the progress and the access. A purchase record can remain for the legal retention period, as the privacy policy explains. You can also email us.
No. The IMAT Pass is a one-time purchase — it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with — since we have no accounts of our own, Apple's record of the purchase is what unlocks the app.
Open the paywall and enter it in the code field. Gift codes unlock the pass; discount codes reduce the price at checkout.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app did not work as promised, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.
No. A pass, a mock pack or a single mock bought on the website is saved to that website account and works in any browser where you sign in. The iPhone app is a separate Apple in-app purchase. Neither purchase unlocks the other.
Please tell us — this is the most useful email you can send. Include the question or concept title and what you believe is wrong. Confirmed corrections are fixed at the source, so every user gets the fix.
We write our own practice questions. Published past papers, where the Ministry has released them, stay attributed to the Ministry — their question text is not hosted on this site yet, and our explanations are written by us. Leaked or remembered exam questions are not used. Every question undergoes automated multi-stage quality checks. Selected high-impact material and flagged content receive additional human review.
We follow the official syllabus and cite official sources where we state exam facts, but rules and dates change. Always confirm anything that affects your application against Universitaly and the MUR decree for your year.
No tool can promise that, and we won't. Mito is built to make your study time count — to show you where you are losing points and what to fix first. The exam is still yours to sit.
